Job Description:
Havel is seeking a Service Coordinator in the Indianapolis office to support customers, field personnel, operations, and managers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee the receipt of parts for the service division
Prepare and management daily shipment, logistics and call trucking companies for pickups.
Negotiate shipping prices with trucking companies.
Manage all returns and call vendors along with negotiating return cost and restocking fees.
Oversee fleet management including tracking maintenance and coordinate with main office.
Handle all UPS and Fed Ex delivery and shipping
Order stock, manage inventory, reconcile tools, track tool repairs, and check out tools
Provide customer service for all HVAC Service OTC
Reconcile monthly credit card
Qualifications:
3-5 years of shipping and receiving experience
Knowledge of HVAC parts and tools is a plus
Excellent communicator, self-motivated individual with great organizational skills
Have the ability to handle a variety of situations and identify priorities.
