What you'll be doing as a Operation Manager:
* Supervise and lead a team of groundskeepers and maintenance staff
* Plan, build, and maintain landscape features including gardens, trees, and irrigation systems
* Ensure the proper care and maintenance of all outdoor areas
* Implement landscaping designs and ensure they are executed to specifications
* Oversee inventory management for landscaping supplies and equipment
* Monitor and manage budgets for landscaping projects
* Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide solutions

Job requirements:
* Proficiency in lawn care, groundskeeping, landscape maintenance, tree care, and garden upkeep
* Strong leadership skills to effectively supervise a team of groundskeepers
* Ability to maintain outdoor spaces to the highest standards
* Experience in irrigation systems installation and maintenance
* Demonstrated ability to plan and execute landscaping projects efficiently
* Background check and drug screening required
