Job Title: Superintendent – Underground Utilities
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Utility Superintendent to join our team in Frisco, TX. Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all phases of underground utility construction projects from inception to completion.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Lead and mentor teams, conducting daily meetings to review progress and address challenges.
Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to determine project needs and deliverables.
Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Manage project documentation and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the underground utilities sector.
Strong knowledge of underground utility construction methods, materials, and equipment.
Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the underground utilities sector.
Strong knowledge of underground utility construction methods, materials, and equipment.
Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
