Proficiency across software development life cycle execution, including automation and continuous delivery practices and agile methods such as continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), application resiliency, and security

Demonstrated proficiency within a technical discipline (for example, cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or mobile) and ability to evaluate current and emerging technologies to recommend future-state solutions

Experience applying enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment in software engineering and architecture workflows, with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity

Ability to evaluate and integrate AI-enabled capabilities into cloud-native architectures while meeting resiliency, security, and auditability requirements

Hands-on experience with public blockchain ledger platforms including Ethereum (Solidity, Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM)) and alternative Layer 1/Layer 2 chains such as Solana, covering smart contract development, deployment pipelines, and token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721)
