We are searching for a dynamic Repairs Coordinator to join the Blue Science team at our office in Flower Mound, TX. You will be collaborating with our repairs team to set up appointments, sell pool equipment and installation services, and answer any questions about the equipment or services. Whether you're selling a client our services or selling them on a specific job, providing great customer service is always the primary objective.
Core Position Objectives:
Answer all calls in real time, with a goal of no calls to voicemail
Work a ticket system and set up repair appointments with customers, with a goal of all tickets worked same day
Sell needed parts, equipment, and installations to customers; generate and deliver quotes to customers
Provide customers with product information and availability
Speak with upset and escalated customers due to repairs issues and work towards a resolution.
Be a listener, be service minded
Coordinate with our field staff in a support role
Basic Qualifications:
3+ Years in inside sales, advanced retail sales, repairs logistics, or another applicable sales or repair field in an office setting
3+ Years in customer service
Knowledge of basic pool equipment preferred, but not required
Excellent communication skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Must be a self-starter and able to handle a fast-paced, high-stress environment
Exceptional customer service skills
Must be able to multitask
Must be willing to commute as this position is 100% in-office in Flower Mound, TX
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
Compensation:
$18 - $22 per hour based on experience
