Responsibilities
Architect, Lead and Deliver solutions in Celanese’s Operation Technology area
Lead, define and socialize the architecture for IIOT/OT solutions, test design prototypes and need to be responsible for the delivery of the scaled solution to our end-users and the digital manufacturing stakehodlers
Define, document and communicate standards
Build secure Proof of Concepts designs and socialize them with Enterprise architects including cyber and other Manufacturing stakeholders like I&E and others to get their buy-ins
Document and ensure compliance with OT, IoT & Manufacturing architecture standards
Direct projects & initiatives in compliance with standards to build secure solutions, in collaboration with our Security team
Provide expertise in Operational Technology area, with providing insights to state-of-the-art solutions and future trends
Work closely with demand owners and requestors to maintain the OT roadmap
Qualifications
Experience in Chemicals or Oil & Gas industry
Knowledge of OT / IIoT / Manufacturing solutions
OT Solutions
IoT Devices & Networks
Practical experience in solution architecture, design and implementation
Remote sensing, remote monitoring and working with PCN (process control applications) highly desired
Ability to document precisely and at right level of detail
Ability to define and follow processes
Experience coordinating and working with a global team
Ability to translate business requirements into IT/OT solutions
Understanding of financial impact of decisions
Ability to clearly define problem statements
Must develop and maintain strong external networks to stay abreast of emerging technologies and methodologies
Ability to travel globally
Must have strong planning skills
Must have strong communication skills
