Mid-level Desktop Support Engineer

A Managed Services Provider (MSP) is hiring a mid-level Desktop Support Engineer to support one big client, an educational institution in downtown San Francisco, CA. This will be a permanent full time position working 5 days a week in downtown San Francisco near the Civic Center BART.
The Mid-level Desktop Support Engineer will be primarily focused on supporting faculty and students resolve their Tier 1 and Tier 2 tickets. The environment is roughly 70% Windows and 30% Mac. To be successful in this role, you must have experience building and repairing physical laptops, imaging lapops, adding and removing users on Active Directory, Zoom Rooms, and the Microsoft 365 suite of tools. M365 includes Office 365/O365, managing licenses, OneDrive, and ideally SharePoint too.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ Years of experience in IT Support or related position
Experience resolving tier 1 and Tier 2 tickets
Both Windows and Mac laptop support
Active Directory
Repairing computers through swapping parts such as Hard Drive or broken screen
Imaging laptops manually with USB or through MDMs like Intune
Microsoft 365 Suite of tools
Zoom Rooms
Desired Skills & Experience Experience using O365 to assign users licenses
OneDrive troubleshooting
SharePoint troubleshooting
