A leading Cost-Estimation firm is seeking a skilled Construction Estimator that specializes in Architectural and Structural material and projects. Responsibilities include preparing estimates by calculating various statistical data including quantity take-offs, material price lists, labor costs per man-hour, and equipment costs, then applying these to complete the scope of work. You will define and quantify the scope of work and prepare comprehensive conceptual, budgetary, and construction cost estimates for projects. Additionally, you will review and research historical data, compiling summary reports to develop guidelines and precedence for future estimates.
Hard Skills
+ 4+ years of Estimating experience
+ Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering
+ Proficient in Bluebeam & Microsoft Office
+ Experience estimating for Structural or Architecture material
+ Diverse project experience ranging from residential, commercial, historical, hospitality...ect
Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in New York, New York and some days remote.
Work Environment
+ Hybrid schedule (2-3 days WFH)
+ England based company with a diverse and international team.
