Zantech is looking for an Applications Systems Analyst who is a good oral and written communicator. The person must have a broad knowledge and expertise in the subject matter and be able to act as a functional expert in the design and development of IT systems for this upcoming Army program.
Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:
Assists in formulating and defining systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with a basic understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
Provides analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system logic difficulties as necessary.
Competent to consider most business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.
Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives.
Expected to write documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections.
Ensures that metrics are updated, maintained and provided.
Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:
10+ years' experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related scientific or technical discipline
IAT II Certification - CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP
Required Security Clearance:
Active SECRET or higher clearance based on contract requirements
