ERP Advisors Group is currently seeking candidates to fill our full-time, salaried, ERP Management Consultant and ERP Senior Management Consultant roles. Years of experience, industries, and ERP exposure dictate which salary band you will qualify for.
As an ERP Advisors Group ERP Management Consultant, you will work between our Needs Analysis, Software Selection, and Implementation phases. Your experience will determine which phase of work you will focus on initially.
You will help determine our client’s requirements for new software, facilitate the software vetting process on their behalf, help negotiate contracts to get them the best deal and advise them through a successful implementation. This is a client-facing role, and the ERP Management Consultant candidate must exhibit professionalism in their speech, appearance, and demeanor.
ERP Management Consultant Job Duties:
Collaborate with EAG resources to track and ensure the completion of all project
deliverables and project tasks.
Keep clear project documentation within the designated workspaces.
Coordinate and facilitate meetings with clients and internal resources to review deliverables.
Effortlessly take typewritten notes during back-to-back onsite client meetings on a Mac laptop.
Use EAG’s tools and methodology to monitor each phase of the project.
Occasional travel ( Needs Analysis
Attend and facilitate subject matter expert client interviews.
Document client’s requirements for new software.
Transform requirements into meaningful, well-written communication for deliverables using advanced features within Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Create a variety of business process diagrams including high-level, medium-level, as-is and to-be diagrams that show an excellent understanding of the client's business processes.
Assist in delivering the recommended software type to the client.
Software Selection
Assist in creating and administering an RFI based on the client’s unique requirements.
Match vendors’ suitability to client’s needs and identify and notate gaps in functionality.
Communicate regularly with vendors to keep them engaged in the project.
Facilitate software demonstrations and collect and compile scorecards.
Create and present Final Software Recommendations using information gathered during the Needs and Selection process.
Analyze software contracts and notate concerning terms or conditions which should be considered.
Aid in selecting a qualified Implementation partner.
Implementation Advisory Services
Advise clients on the direction of design, configuration, testing, training, and change management during the implementation phase.
Facilitate a positive relationship between the client, the vendor, and the EAG project team to ensure an efficient and successful implementation.
Identify and mitigate any risks and work with the EAG Project Coordinator to track the completion of milestones and tasks.
ERP Management Consultant Qualifications:
Minimum of two years consulting experience in Professional Services, Big 4 Accounting, or comparable experience
Experience consulting in a variety of industries including Manufacturing, Distribution, Professional Services, Field Services, Construction, Nonprofit, Energy, and Technology
Strong familiarity with business processes including but not limited to: Manufacturing, Accounting, Professional Services, and eCommerce
Awareness of prevalent software packages including NetSuite, Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Workday, Infor, Epicor, Sage, and Acumatica
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Advanced level of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – MS Office certification preferred
Produce excellent, readable documents showing a great command of formatting, fonts, graphics, tables, spreadsheet presentation
Move, think, and act fast with document prep, speaking, typing, using software applications, responding to clients, and internal staff
Willing to use a Mac and able to quickly get up to speed on the Mac OS
· Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Accounting, CIS, or equivalent experience.
Work from Lakewood, CO office and home office OR Tampa Bay Area office and home office (hybrid if desired, can be fully in-person)

Salary by Role:
ERP Management Consultant
Minimum two (2) years Consulting experience in Professional Services, Big 4 accounting, or comparable experience
$70,000 - $110,000/year
ERP Senior Management Consultant
Minimum four (4) years Consulting experience in Professional Services, Big 4 accounting, or comparable experience
$110,000 - $145,000/year
