Team Lead Associate (Non-Technical-Tech Center Dept)
**What does a successful Team Lead Associate (Non-Technical-Tech Dept) do at Fiserv?**
You will be responsible for assisting assigned team with production output of team; under general supervision and coordinate work of team members.
**What you will do:**
+ Assists managers in maintaining workflow by adjusting manning to areas where manpower is needed daily.
+ Plan and schedule work assignments for team members.
+ Capture and report workflow metrics, write or rewrite work instructions.
+ Conduct training with new employees or employees on new procedures.
+ You will assist and instructs group members on proper work methods and procedures.
+ Provide direction to maintain production floor quality and quantity goals.
**What you will need to have:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ 1-2 years of previous leadership experience working in production, technical environment.
+ Ability to lift 20 lbs daily, and 60 pounds occasionally.
**What would be great to have:**
+ Advanced PC skills Office-excel, word experience.
+ Previous experience leading a group of 10-15 associates.
