Software Implementation Analyst, Financial Institutions

How you'll make an impact:
As an Implementation Analyst, you work collaboratively with our clients to implement our exciting portfolio of performance management solutions, including Budgeting, Forecasting, Strategy Management, Financial and Management Reporting, Funds Transfer Pricing, and Profitability Reporting. You will manage the day-to-day activities with clients across the different phases of the implementation process, including system design, configuration, training and deployment. You will translate business needs into demonstrable capabilities in the application and modify our products to align with specific client requirements. In this role, you will:
Analyze Financial Planning (Budgeting, Forecasting, and Capital Planning), Financial Reporting, Profitability Processes and Data Requirements within client companies in order to provide objective advice on the use of information technology to satisfy business needs.
Work collaboratively with clients at all levels (executives to end-user) to build and implement a uniquely tailored software solution.
Demonstrate flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project management experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal team, as well as customers and vendors.
What we're looking for:
A strong understanding of Excel and experience with complex modeling within Excel environment.
FP&A experience is a must for this role
2+ years relevant experience having worked in a finance role (i.e. Financial Analyst or FP&A Analyst) at a bank or credit union is a must
Experience with annual budget process, financial analysis, forecasting, and profitability analytics, preferably as these processes apply to financial institutions.
Strong understanding of database structures; preferably in multiple environments, including SQL Server.
Highly organized and analytical, with the ability to adapt and be creative to solve problems
