Automotive Accounts Payable Specialist The Tantillo Auto Group is looking for an Automotive Accounts Payable specialist! Office located in St James Responsibilities
Process and verify vendor invoices and statements in a timely manner. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of all payments and vendor communications. Prepare weekly payment runs and ensure payments are made on schedule. Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper coding and authorization of invoices. Assist with month-end closing processes related to accounts payable. Support audits by providing necessary accounts payable documentation and reports.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
