Finance Manager, FP&A

About the Role
This Manager position in Finance plays a crucial role in an organization, overseeing the financial operations and strategy to ensure financial stability and growth. This role will help set the organization's strategy and influence strategic decision-making, and long-term financial health, combining technical, financial expertise with strategic vision and leadership.
Responsibilities
Develop financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; and developing action plans.
Drive the budgeting and forecasting process, including coordination with the relevant business and finance stakeholders.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, analyzing and presenting financial data and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
Manage the company's cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
Evaluate and advise on long-term business planning and investments. Oversee asset management, including real estate and other company holdings.
Work closely with senior executives to develop and implement financial strategies across the organization.
Analyze and manage risks by identifying investment opportunities and exposures.
Identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvements and implement strategies to reduce costs and enhance financial performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
6+ years of experience in financial management, with a proven track record in financial planning and strategy and 3+ years of experience managing finance teams.
Proficiency in financial software and systems, with strong analytical skills and experience in creating detailed reports and forecasts.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of managing teams and projects and motivating staff.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary for managing internal and external relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or professional certification, such as a CPA or CFA.
Pay Range: $122,300 to $137,100
The pay range represents the low and high end of the anticipated pay range for this position based at our Woodinville, WA headquarters. The actual pay offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
