About the Role
In this role, you will work as a Junior Negotiator on a full-time W2 contract basis. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
Negotiating financial contracts
Drafting legal documents
Conducting legal research
Qualifications
JD or LLM required
1+ years of US law firm of financial services experience in the financial sector or legal experience in similar financial e-discovery document review or research projects
Familiarity with banking trading documents, including ISDA agreements, loan agreements, futures contracts, SFTs (repos and securities lending), global markets, and prime brokerage agreements
Please note that this is a temporary and full-time onsite position. The start date is July 15, 2024, and the contract is expected to last through January 2025, with the possibility of extension.
Non-negotiable Pay Rate: $23-26 per hour
Location: Dallas, TX (on-site)
Schedule: M-F, 9-5
Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
