What about the tasks?
SMD key tasks include the development and implementation of marketing strategies for clients with different objectives (increase in capitalization, leads, users, increase in conversion, etc.) of the Crypto and Blockchain projects. There may be 1-3 client projects involved in the pipeline.
Marketing team management, including remote performers.
Managing the marketing budget and working as the primary expert person for the internal team.
Leading advertising and PR campaigns for clients.
Proactive position in finding solutions to client challenges.
Providing expertise in non-standard situations.
Market analytics.
Calculations, forecasting, control.
What we expect
At least 3 years of experience as a marketing manager/director.
Experience with Blockchain projects or a good understanding of the crypto sphere is a must.
Successful cases of creating marketing strategies and bringing clients to the top.
Ability to complete tasks to the end and work with long-term projects.
Marketing or economic education is desirable.
Upper-Intermediate + level of English.
Analytical tools (GA).
Calculation principles of UNIT economy.
Principles of building marketing funnels.
