Job Description Job Description Quality and Safety Administrator Pay Rate: $41,600 - $ 52,000 Annually Location: Houston, TX 77051 Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm A growing pipe, valve, and fittings organization is seeking to hire a Quality and Safety Administrator. With your strong communication skills, you will be responsible for maintaining health and safety initiatives. Submit your resume today! Responsibilities: Ensure all corporate health and safety initiatives are carried out at all locations.
Write, interpret, and present safety instructions, procedures, and policies.
Train groups of all levels and sizes.
Maintain compensation activity and OSHA 300 Logs.
Log injuries as directed and maintain contact with injured employees.
Work with Human Resources to ensure all medical protocols are in place to adequately support employee medical needs.
List Qualification or Requirements: Must have a High School Diploma and 5 years’ experience in an industrial/distribution environment minimum.
Must be EMT or EMT-P certified or at minimum, 1st aid responder.
Intermediate to advanced skills with databases, spreadsheets, presentations, and word processing software.
Excellent skills in communication both verbal and written.
