$55,000 - $60,000/year including incentives

Job Summary:
The Entry Level Sales Representative position is initially focused on training, development and learning Johanna’s Chilled Products Business. Once the candidate demonstrates an in-depth understanding of Johanna’s Chilled Products Business, properly completes training tasks/responsibilities and effectively communicates with other departments, designated sales accounts will be assigned. This position requires the candidate to report to the Company Headquarters office located in Flemington NJ. Johanna’s Company policy does not support remote work or work from home.
Responsibilities
Primary focus is to learn Johanna Chilled Products Business
Accept mentoring and training from Senior Sales team members and others within the organization on various business related topics
Support all Company Shared Values, Goals and Policies
Work independently
Demonstrate the ability to efficiently complete assigned tasks and responsibilities in a timely manner
Effectively communicate and build relationships
Support all activities associated with assigned accounts
Research, document and evaluate competitor ads, retails, portfolio, and digital content
Achieve targeted goals and objectives for business development
Complete monthly retail, distributor and foodservice surveys
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
