Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Business Systems Analyst and provide support to a Customer Support Services organization within a regional electric utility. This individual will perform business analysis, business systems analysis, and basic project management, with an emphasis on reviewing business processes to find operational effectiveness and efficiency gains.
This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is hybrid in Portland, Oregon with onsite 1 day weekly.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 - $66.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.
The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:
Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, and Business Management, Organizational Development, or a related field is highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, Organizational Development, or a related discipline is preferred.
Level 3 position:
8 years of experience is required with a bachelor's degree in applicable fields.
10 years of experience is required with an associate degree in applicable fields.
12 years of experience is required without a degree or applicable degree.
Experience should include a combination of work-related experience on-the-job training and/or vocational training and should be consistent with the specific requirements of business systems analysis and progressively more technical in nature.
Proficient experience in project management/coordination, business systems analysis, operations analysis and/or process improvement.
Proficient at eliciting and documenting technical requirements using tools such as Visio to create process diagrams.
Strong proficiency in data analytic and reporting tools such as Power BI, Power Query, data cubes, and data warehouses.
Proven high level of proficiency experience with Access databases.
Established experience with SQL coding and Excel coding.
Expert level experience with Microsoft Office Suite, such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
