Compensation: $165,000+ yearly DOE
Responsibilities: Provide guidance and advice to associate attorneys and paralegals to resolve or prevent conflicts
Prepare for and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration hearings
Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests and responses
Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal statutes and applicable laws
Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions
Qualifications: Applicants must have trial, mediation, and arbitration representation experience
Excellent time management and interpersonal skills are required, as well as persuasive writing and verbal communication skills
Active member in good standing with local and state bar associations
At least 5 years of experience working as a senior associate attorney
Bachelor’s degree with a law degree from an accredited law school (such as an LLM, JSD, or J.D. degree)
