Ideal Candidate Profile:
2+ years experience in public accounting and/or industry accounting/finance.
Bachelors in Accounting
CPA and/or MBA combined with solid accounting experience will be considered instead of an Accounting degree
Strong technical accounting knowledge (US GAAP, SEC reporting, etc)
Enjoy being client-facing and proactive in identifying client needs

As a Consultant / Senior Consultant you will:
Have a "hands-on" client approach
Own projects from start to finish
Work on a variety of projects within many industries
Enjoy the flexibility of office/remote/client site work locations
On a typical engagement, you will:
Prepare operational due diligence for complex transactions - IPOs, acquisitions and divestitures, etc.
Preparation of SEC and regulatory requirements - 10Ks, 10Qs, S-1, S-4 filings.
Be the subject matter expert, providing input on new ASC standards
Support research and documentation projects related to new ASC accounting standards.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and include additional bonuses/incentives.
