Responsibilities
- Work with cross functional teams including product managers, researchers, content designers, and engineers to contribute to high-level strategic decisions, envision and execute impactful product experiences globally
- Drive design solutions based on user needs, business goals, and technical constraints for any given project
- Get involved in every aspect of the product development process, from ideas to pixel perfecting before launch
- Prototype rapidly based on conceptual product ideas, design user flows based on data analysis and user research, get feedback from different stakeholders, reiterate designs, and ship products with the best user experience
- Lead design workshops and sprints with cross-functional teams to explore innovative solutions for problems and opportunities identified through research and data
- Help elevate design quality and drive design initiative projects
- Present key learnings within team and larger xfn groups
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in UX and UI design, having multiple design projects from strategy to launch, with strong attention to detail
- Familiar with Design System for mobile and desktop
- Ability to iterate quickly and generate a wide range of design concepts
- Open-minded and receptive to feedback, with a patient attitude
- Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of handling rapid changes and less-than-ideal situations
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating your concepts, vision, and decision-making
- Global vision and mentality, actively paying attention to global internet products

Preferred Qualifications
- 3-5 years designing for consumer-facing products across the mobile, web desktops or others
- Strong in visual design, interaction design, and regularly execute prototypes using tools like Principle, Framer, or Origami to rapidly test and iterate complex interactions and experiences
- Experience hosting design sprints or workshops with multiple stakeholders across the org
- Experience with a/b testing and data-driven practice
- Results-oriented and resilient. Ability to fit within a startup culture which celebrates efficiency and driving impact
