**Overview**
We’re looking for an **Area Vice President of Operations** to join our team.
You will report directly to the VP of Operations within a specific state/region.
+ You’ll be responsible for leading the development, implementation and evaluation of operational policies and procedures for offices in an assigned territory
+ You’ll direct and coordinate the Operational Functions for offices within your region
+ You’ll be traveling regularly to your regional offices/branches
+ You’ll be working side-by-side with your clinical and operational team to promote our hospice services and solidify the highest quality patient care in a cost effective manner
**About You**
+ Registered Nurse highly preferred
+ Bachelors’ degree in Business Related field may be considered
+ Minimum of five years healthcare managerial experience required
+ Unencumbered and active RN license in state of residence if RN
+ Hospice or Home Care experience strongly preferred
