About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead its security organization. The CISO will be responsible for product security operations, securing technology and products, and supporting various corporate functions. This executive will provide strategic direction, technical expertise, and operational leadership to ensure that the company's information security and compliance programs are effective, efficient, and aligned with business objectives. The role involves close partnership with the CIO organization to coordinate security efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, executive-level experience in high-growth SaaS companies, and a proven track record in developing and maintaining information security and compliance programs.Key responsibilities for the CISO include recruiting, retaining, and developing top security talent, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements, developing and maintaining security policies and technical solutions, managing security incidents, and fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, and be adept at working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience with cloud security, CI/CD environments, security operations, and leading compliance programs is essential. The CISO will also be expected to integrate the company's risk management program with security and compliance efforts and to develop metrics to measure program effectiveness.
