What The Position is About:
Manage events and shows staff over all (10+) company locations
Recruit, hire, train, and manage the marketing staff
Responsible for scheduling, payroll, continuous training and onboarding
Manage show & events budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources
Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to the team
Deliver, set up, and break down promotional event equipment as required, keeping the warehouse organized and helping prepare event set ups
Approach and engage with home improvement seekers at the shows and events
The Right Candidate Will Have:
5+ years of events & shows management experience within the home improvement industry
Multi-site events & shows leadership experience is desired
Ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple tasks at once, and work in a fast-paced environment
