Job Description

Provides direct input to the overall engineering process and to team meetings. Understands system architecture and the software development lifecycle in depth and be able to coordinate several tasks from a team perspective. Coordinates within a team environment is essential to work on various aspects of the platform and products, as is a devotion of collaboration to problem solve, design sophistically, and increase product quality.

Job Responsibility

1.Designs and develops solutions to various problems either independently or in a team environment; designs and maintains efficient code that is reliable.

2.Forms technical documents such as a design specification document.

3.Utilizes NoSQL and relational databases by integrating data storage solutions. Utilizes Azure services such as, but not limited to, Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, Containers, Cosmos DB, and event hubs. Utilizes messaging patterns (REST, AMQP, Kafka, etc.) for system-to-system communication.

4.Ensures applications are performing at high capacity, responsiveness, and quality.

5.Finds solutions to reduce issues and defects.

6.Maintains that the platform's code and data are organized, automated, and of high quality.

7.Guides junior team members by recommending software design and development opportunities/best practices.

8.Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.

9.Performs related duties as required. All responsibilities noted here are considered essential functions of the job under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Duties not mentioned here, but considered related are not essential functions.

Job Qualification

*Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

*1-3 years of relevant experience, required.

Preferred Skills:

Builds, designs, and maintains all websites and software applications.

Regulates exposure to business stakeholders and executive management as well as other authorities.

Strong collaboration skills with both frontend and backend developers and Understands UI, cross-browser compatibility, and general web functions and standards.

Creates solutions for identified problems or bugs.

Executes assignments with the use of web applications, scripts, and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs.

Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining APIs to support web and mobile applications.

Expertise in ensuring API security and authentication mechanisms is robust.

Develops and validates test routines to ensure the quality of the external and internal interface.

Plans and delivers software platforms and products across multiple organizational units.

Designs assignments with web services like REST, SOAP, etc.

Evaluates written code to ensure it meets industry standards and is compatible with all devices.

Maintains a professional understanding of web development by tracking trends and participating in study groups.

Accomplishes company goals by accepting ownership of new and different requests.

Dedication to staying updated on API development trends and emerging technologies.

Experience in conducting comprehensive code reviews and implementing improvements to enhance the functionality.

Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient Solutions.

Skill in documenting the technical requirements effectively for both internal and external users.

Track record of delivering high-quality solutions that meet application requirements.

The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.When determining a team member's base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).

The salary range for this position is $85,090-$147,220/year
