Senior Account Manager

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to function as the focal point for internal / external project communication and documentation in the LIve Entertainment Broadcast Industry. The purpose of this position is to formulate strategies to maintain and grow existing market share as well as serve as a project planner / coordinator. This person will oversee equipment needs for major projects and productions in the Live Entertainment Industry. We specialize in providing turnkey solutions for every type of event imaginable. To be considered you must have a minimum of 7 -10 years experience as a Senior Account Manager in the Live Broadcast Industry. This should include; management, technology, equipment, facilities, and production for major commercial and cable TV Network. This is a full-time position on-site out of our Panorama City location. Salary range is $75,000 - $125,000 plus bonus and commission opportunities.
Key duties include:
Service existing and establish new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to include all avenues of communication with these customers
Manage current sales and business relationships to increase the services and service levels we provide to these current clients
Have a clear understanding of each events requirement and objectives. This can include technical, contractual, financial, scope of work, schedule and required personnel
Seek out new business opportunities by identifying potential clients within the entertainment industry to increase market share and asset utilization
Revise and update quotes as needed, using NEP standard quotes
Manage and ensure that billing is correct according to the quotes
Interface and communicate collaboratively with all departments to ensure that proper information is conveyed to all parties and the production and engineering execution of each event is flawless
Work with Sales VP, account managers, and field engineering team
Requirements
Minimum 7 - 10 years industry related experience in project management, however a combination of education and experience will be considered
Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of broadcast management, technology, equipment, facilities, and production for major commercial and cable TV networks
Ability to multi-task, plan projects, and implement them efficiently and cost effectively
Must be able to communicate and interface professionally with clients and other employees
Must be willing to travel as needed
