About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP Strategic Accounts to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a portfolio of financial institution clients, including managing key C-Level and Senior level relationships. This role involves acting as a consultant to develop solutions that support differentiated value within the supply chain to the customer. The VP Strategic Accounts will also be expected to coordinate actions with branch and region staff, as well as various corporate personnel, and to maintain an updated strategic account plan and relationship matrix.Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years of sales or account management experience, with a preference for those with experience in large regional or national accounts. Consultant experience in the supply chain or service sector is a plus, particularly in the areas of portfolio design, total cost, and service enhancement using technology and process improvement techniques. Strong communication skills are essential, as is the ability to maintain constructive, collaborative working relationships. A degree is preferred, and a background in the financial industry is a plus. The role requires 60% travel.The ideal candidate for the VP Strategic Accounts position at the company will have a proven track record in sales or account management, with a focus on the financial, accounting, or retail sector. An analytical approach to presenting business solutions and a background in financial industry experience are highly valued. The role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a significant impact within the supply chain to deliver value to customers.
