We are seeking a self-motivated Senior Manager, Brand Marketing to lead Ariat’s global marketing efforts with vision and purpose. As a key member of the Brand Team, the Senior Manager, Brand Marketing must have a strong foundation in brand marketing and communications globally. Ariat’s regional businesses are a combination of subsidiaries, distributors, agents, and retailers in different markets. This role will focus on cohesion between Ariat headquarters and our global regions.

This individual will help drive brand strategy, creative development, activation efforts and lead marketing communication to the regions. This position is responsible for sharing strategy and aggregating regional feedback to central team members. Responsibilities include developing and implementing campaigns from the US across the global markets, overseeing brand consistency, and approving third party activities. This role is a combination of both strategy and tactics.

This position reports to the Sr. Director of Market Development and Brand Planning.  This will be a highly cross-functional role, partnering with brand and product managers, creative, sales and other internal partners to build brand presence in long term and emerging markets.

You’ll Make a Difference By

Driving strategy to grow awareness and build brand affinity with new and existing consumers.

Developing go-to-market plans and building a seasonal calendar to optimize integrated marketing activities.

Leading communication from central brand to regions, providing insight into brand objectives, executional strategy, and media plans and creating tandem marketing strategies with regional teams.

Establishing key campaign goals, audiences and creative. Making recommendations to regional partners for local executions.

Writing briefs, overseeing creative development and execution of integrated marketing plans including digital media, events, partnerships, promotions, and in-store materials to meet US and regional needs.

Gathering information from regions, building understanding of needs, gaps, and opportunities to improve GTM plans and strategy.

Establishing and updating brand guidelines. Reviewing and approving all global creative and budgets.

Partnering closely with the digital marketing team to understand awareness & traffic driving strategies and making recommendations to regional partners for local executions.

Leading regular calls with regional marketing directors and teams to ensure seamless communication, addressing needs, and ensuring visibility of successes & opportunities.

Keeping up to date on the evolving marketing landscape to maximize brand exposure in external markets.

About You

5+ years of consumer goods marketing experience

Experience working on a global team or managing global communications a plus

Must be a strong collaborator and communicator who is able to effectively communicate across potential language barriers and international regions

Thoughtful and adaptive strategic thinker who can interpret needs and present solutions

Highly driven with a positive, team-oriented attitude and learning mindset

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and track/manage multiple projects at a time

Understanding of media channels and some experience with Google Analytics preferred

Experience in footwear or apparel business is a plus. Exposure to equestrian, western, outdoor, or work channels is a strong plus.

The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $130,000 per year.

The salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data for geographic locations. Ariat in good faith believes that this posted compensation range is accurate for this role at this location at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
