**A Typical Day**
The **Sr Salesforce CRM Developer** is a full-lifecycle role that partners closely with the business and developers to ensure system integrity and scalability. The architect combines a deep understanding of enterprise data and systems with robust business acumen to evaluate, propose, design, develop, and implement solutions that align with business objectives. A key aspect of this role is ensuring sales and marketing success by driving
significant business value with existing and new projects.
The **Sr Salesforce CRM Developer** will:
+ Perform system administration and declarative automation.
+ Review impact of Salesforce seasonal releases.
+ Design innovative Salesforce solutions that integrate seamlessly with other systems and meet technical and business needs.
+ Lead and provide expertise on Salesforce projects, ensuring the architecture is scalable and future-proof.
+ Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
+ Offer strategic guidance and technical leadership throughout the lifecycle of the project.
+ Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and trends to enhance service offerings and practice development.
+ Mentor and provide architectural expertise to other team members.
+ Work with product to help define and refine requirements.
**What You’ll Bring**
+ Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
+ Salesforce Architect certification highly preferred
+ Salesforce Admin certification (Advanced Admin preferred)
+ Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Salesforce architect role, with expertise across various Salesforce Clouds and platforms.
+ Hands on experience configuring Salesforce including workflows, validation rules, security controls, process builders, flows, approval processes, sharing settings and other declarative controls and automation.
+ Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
+ Strong communication.

**Compensation:** Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
+ Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
+ Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
+ Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
