About The Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join their team as a Customer Service Associate. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing start-up and innovative industry within functional beverages. The selected candidate will support the Supply Chain team by handling administrative and logistical tasks critical for business operations and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
Assist the Customer Service Manager with daily logistics planning and customer service activities.
Manage inbound customer orders, coordinating with carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of orders and warehouse output, resolving discrepancies as needed.
Serve as a point of contact between customers and internal departments.
Support onboarding of new customers and address inventory-related issues.
Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for team expansion and operational efficiency.
Provide administrative and logistical support to the Supply Chain Team.
Qualifications
1-2 years of logistics experience, preferably in a 3PL or CPG environment.
Proven track record in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing circumstances.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on transparency and active listening.
Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a team.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multi-tasking.
Proficiency in Google platforms and basic Excel or Google Sheets.
Willingness to collaborate across departments and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Compensation
$68,000-$75,000 base salary plus bonus
