Support department Directors in scheduling of meetings between internal and external clients.
Prepare status reports for clients including reports presented at Board of Trustee meetings.
Perform an initial inventory of client records prior to assignment of the audit.
Manage the scheduling of audits to include coordinating and assigning audit trips as needed.
Escalate scheduling problems to clients and monitoring progress towards a resolution.
Review monthly billing summaries for all clients to ensure rates are consistent with contracts.
Perform quality assurance on invoices, reports, and other documents as requested.
Assist with new employee training of certain software applications used within the department.
Generate and send engagement letters to clients as directed by Directors and Partners.
Work closely with clients and employers keeping both informed scheduling issues.
Oversee Compliance Department Summer Interns.
General administrative duties: Copying, mailing, faxing, correspondence, travel arrangements, booking meetings, correspondence, PowerPoint, confirmations, time entry, manager support.
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Excellent editing and proofreading skills
Outstanding interpersonal skills and a self-starter, team-oriented attitude
Commitment to producing high quality work
Professional demeanor and ability to work well under pressure
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft platforms to include Excel and Access.
Required Education and Experience:
Ability to handle multiple and diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work overtime as needed to complete assignments and meet deadlines
Ability to maintain appropriate confidentiality of sensitive information
Work Authorization:
Must have valid work authorization for employment in the United States
