The Industry Solutions Engineering (ISE) team is a global engineering organization that works directly with customers looking to leverage the latest technologies to address their toughest challenges. We work closely with our customers’ engineers to jointly develop code for cloud-based solutions that can accelerate their organization. We are hiring a Principal Data Scientist with deep expertise in machine learning and AI and experience in developing production quality solutions which deliver a huge business impact. The candidate should also have deep industry experience in either Manufacturing, Energy, Mobility, Telecommunications sectors.  As part of our team, you will be working side-by-side with high-impact engineers and strategic customers to solve complex problems. You will communicate trends and innovative solutions to stakeholders. You will work cross-functionally with several teams including engineering crews, product teams, and program management to deploy business solutions.

Data Science IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $133,600 - $256,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $173,200 - $282,200 per year.
