Position Overview:

Pure Storage is seeking an enablement professional to lead Pure Storage's Enablement Launch Process within Global Enablement.

The Senior Program Manager of Technical Platform Readiness will take a structured approach to the enablement launch process, with special attention to technical training for our Systems Engineers (SEs). This individual will seize the opportunity to prioritize and organize regular requests coming from Pures Lines of Business, Product Business Group, and Product Marketing to provide clear direction and align on field priorities, capabilities, and needs to meet and exceed field training demands.

Aligned to our overall enablement strategy as well as our vision for an optimal field seller experience, this exceptional contributor will assess, develop, and uplevel key launch and enablement roadmaps, plans of record, and communications to build out world-class support for these critical linchpins to product/solution/marketing leaders as well as enablement leadership.

This critical role will report directly to the Director, Global Technical Enablement, in Pures Global Enablement group.

A critical requirement for this role is to establish credibility with Pures product and marketing teams and to fully understand their key needs and goals and properly set expectations on awareness and structured learning available to them with needed resources identified and delivered. Establishing and driving a high level of cross-team collaboration, this role will have a powerful impact on the productivity and scalability of our Pure sellers directly.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with launch colleagues in Marketing, Lines of Business, and Product Management to establish mutually beneficial timelines, required deliverables, and escalation processes.

Support and measure launch impact designed for the Global Selling Organization (GSO) audience including provided product & solution communications, events, and training; the change management of onboarding/ongoing enablement programs, accreditations and certifications (as examples), and platform resources.

Utilize a variety of industry-leading project management techniques and practices to ensure the high quality & on-time delivery of product/solution enablement launches, and alignment with Global Enablements KPIs for shared effectiveness and productivity.

Partner with stakeholders globally, aligning launch requests with global and regional field priorities (e.g., technical development, team leadership, and sales campaign inspection and development).

Work cross-functionally with stakeholders in the Global Enablement team and across Pure for seamless program strategy and communication, learning experience quality, and delivery of timely and relevant content.

Qualifications:

Key Skills / Professional Competencies:

Exceptional program management skills, execution, and results demonstrated through strategic collaboration, follow-through, and data-driven evaluation.

A bias for action with hands-on experience in new product introduction, sales processes and methodologies, and technical sales effectiveness.

Deep knowledge of adult learning best practices, technical competencies, and competitive pressures that ensures delivered training meets field expectations.

Collaborative, with a demonstrated ability to understand the priorities of and to positively influence stakeholders.

Strong facilitation and presentation skills across diverse audiences.

Experience:

Program management and launch process contributions that consistently enabled sales excellence (valuable product and solution content that enabled discovery, qualifying, forecasting, business communication, & enterprise portfolio selling).

12+ years of enablement/sales training and/or enterprise technical sales experience; SaaS firm(s) preferred.

Demonstrated success with technical development programs.

Excellent time management skills.

Successful stakeholder management while working on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Experience working with new product introduction tools and applications.

BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience with accreditation(s).

Pay Range:

USD $158,000.00 - USD $238,000.00 /Yr.

Pay Transparency Statement:

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
