Job Description
ICE Consulting is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our Team. This role will manage the implementation of a modern enterprise solution to replace multiple siloed legacy systems. This individual will provide leadership to the project team and be the primary liaison between ICE Consulting and its clients. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for overall coordination, status reporting to multiple levels of stakeholders and stability of project-oriented work efforts, establishing and implementing industry standard project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, and meet customer expectations.
Primary Position Tasks:
Manage projects throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by scope, budget, timeline and adheres to high quality standards, and meets customer expectations
Assist in the development of comprehensive project plans that combine customer requirements and company goals.
Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting to multiple levels of stakeholders during all project phases, from initial development through implementation
Monitor project progress continuously against milestones and deliverables
Communicate proactively with all involved team members to identify problems, create solutions and improve processes
Understand the economics of the project and provide cost benefit and/or return on investment information
Review proposed changes to the project plan, and schedule/coordinate meetings with appropriate team members to approve and implement approved changes
Oversee the purchase and delivery of resources and materials as needed before and during the project by working with the customer, team members, team managers and in-house accounting
Requirements
Experience Requirements: Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated full-time experience in project management
At least three (3) years of the project management experience in a lead project manager role
Experience w/ ticketing & quotation Apps i.e., ServiceNow, Connect Wise and QuoteWerks or similar
Experience with scheduling resources, Technical Support.
Proficient w/MS Office Suite, Project, Visio, Excel, PP, Outlook and Intranet
Excellent organizational skills, multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment
Strong team leadership abilities
Excellent problem-solving skills
Nice to Have Proven track record of building/maintaining client relationships
Ability to mentor / "coach up" team members
Strong Data, CRM, Cloud or Digital project experience
Strong Process Transformation, Change/Org Transformation or Technology project experience
Demonstrated Adaptability - Ability to drive forward in ambiguous environments
Experience working in regulated industries (E.g., Fin Serv, Healthcare, Life Sciences)
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Experience managing Managed Services projects
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
