ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Develop Specification business for commercial Hardened Wood offering.

Selling to commercial A&D firms, end-users and flooring contractors.

Develop and execute business plans to achieve quarterly sales objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

BA/BS Degree and minimum 3+ years of success in B2B Commercial Flooring Sales.

Must have strong relationships with the Commercial A&D firms in the market.

A hunter mentality with the ability to develop rapport and build trusted relationships.

Excellent problem solving, strategic thinking and negotiation skills.

Ability to confidently deliver presentations and engage with prospects over the phone and in person.

Solid skills in MS Office, CRM, and Math.

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate initiative.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a changing environment.

Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Exceptional professional presence and strong business acumen.

Ability to Travel up to 50% of the time.
