Job Summary
Ensure that all required documentation is completed on appropriate forms. Enter all required documentation into the necessary automated system adhering to strict deadlines. Enter admissions, discharges, placements changes, service events, and other miscellaneous information into the statewide system of record. Perform routine validation of payments prior to payments being sent to service providers. Receive consumer and provider calls and respond to requests or assistance in a timely and effective manner. Track and update placement history logs showing movement from one Out of Home Care placement to another. Ensure the statewide system of records remains current and compliant with all DCF policies.
Essential Job Duties Updating placement change in statewide system.
Ensure the statewide system is current and correct when case is started
Close case in statewide system when legally closed in court
Ensure all payments for IL youth are entered and paid accurately and timely
Validate all payment information prior to payment going to provider
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. High School Diploma required.
Three years' experience working with data analysis/data entry, reporting and problem solving. Previous experience with children and families (preferably in child welfare) and a working knowledge of FSFN (Florida Safe Families Network) preferred.
Valid driver's license.
Schedule & Hours
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm (Hybrid schedule post probationary period-90 days)
