Our team of experts leads our clients through complex projects in a wide range of industries, from EPC Construction projects, Energy, Water and environmental, and Building Architecture and Design.
We are currently looking for individuals with large project experience in the construction of manufacturing facilities.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about construction, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and has a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EPC, Procurement, Industrial, Manufacturing, Construction, Scheduling and Primavera.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation.
Allocate resources for assigned projects.
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs.
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or related field.
Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
Proficient in EPC, Procurement, Industrial, Manufacturing, Construction, EPCM, Scheduling and Primavera.
Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
Familiarity with construction management software packages.
Ability to plan and see the “big picture”.
Competent in conflict and crisis management.
Excellent time and project management skills.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
