Title: Workday HRIS Analyst - Remote Opportunity
Contract to Hire : 3-6 Months Approximate Duration
Locatio n: 100% Remote
Overview:
Join our client's dynamic team a s a Workday HRIS Ana lyst and play a pivotal role in shaping our HR systems. This remote position offers the chance to work in a collaborative environment, interfacing with multiple departments and impacting our HR projects and services. Your expertise will contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of our HRIS Workday system and other HR tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and Maintain HRIS Workday : Ensure data quality and system efficiency.
Troubleshoot System I ssues: Provide system support and engage in troubleshooting activities.
Conduct HRIS Configuration and Integrations : Manage security protocols.
Quality Assurance: Deliver quality assurance for system updates, enhancements, and fixes.
Handle HR Application Tickets : Offer user training and enablement for HR tools.
Perform System Audits: Comply with regulatory requirements and execute data uploads and audits.
Manage Regression Testing : For Workday updates and maintain system documentation.
Create and Refine HR Re ports: Both scheduled and ad-hoc.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT Teams: Guarantee data integrity .
Participate in Additional Pro jects: As needed.
Requirements:
Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in HRIS or a similar field. 1-2 years of hands-on experience with HR systems, preferably Workday.
HR Reporting Ex pertise: Strong skills in creating reports using HR systems and Excel.
Detail-Oriented: Focus on processes and results.
Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical and deductive reasoning skills.
Time Man agement: Excellent time management skills, able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Communication and Customer Service: Strong skills in both areas.
Team Player: Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Eagerness t o Learn: Strong drive and enthusiasm.
Proficiency in Microsof t Excel: Advanced level, specifically VLOOKUP's and Data Validation
Data Confidentiality: Commitment to maintaining strict data confidentiality.
Work Schedule:
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
Remote: This is a 100% remote role.
