Position Title : Data Analyst, Sales & Brand Partnerships

About the role

Providing world class insights & analysis are an integral component of the company’s overall mission. In this role, you will work cross-functionally across LTK to provide insights to optimize the business and assess the execution of and impact of initiatives. You will be part of a growth-hungry, acceleration-minded team helping our customers to better understand the value and impact their creator campaigns are contributing to their business and how they are performing vs. the industry.

This role will be responsible for leveraging data to guide decisions and analyze results. As a member of the Brand Platform team, you will play a key role in ensuring that the Brand Platform business unit has the strategic insight and data they need to reach their goals and measure performance along the way. You will work with business leaders across all levels of the organization to identify strategic priorities, revenue opportunities, and develop scalable data processes for consumption along the way.

We are seeking an analyst, thought-partner and creative thinker who can collaborate effectively with marketing and sales managers, data reporting product managers and engineers to define and measure success metrics as well as identify actionable insights to help LTK grow.

How you will make an impact

Provide actionable insights based on data analysis and communicate immediate business growth opportunities to relevant stakeholders.

Work with the sales, marketing and operations teams to provide data-driven forecasts and conduct in-depth brand analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Develop and refine standardized metrics, intuitive dashboards, and compelling business insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive strategies and tactics for growth.

Leverage enterprise BI tools to create insight-driving dashboards

Communicate and present findings to key stakeholders and inform strategic decision-making.

What you will bring to LTK

Bachelor’s degree

4+ years experience of analytical experience

Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from large data sets.

Strong communication skills with the ability to present your findings in a clear and articulate way to groups of various stakeholders

Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environment

Proven track record of driving business impact through data-driven decision-making.

Experience building and maintaining dashboards in visualization tools (i.e. Looker, Tableau), SQL skills is a plus
