Williams Consulting, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist with extensive experience in enterprise-wide process and business quality assurance across Federal government programs. In this role, you will ensure the quality control of all client deliverables for a project within a Federal agency.
Duties and Responsibilities
Review documentation for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to standards.
Conduct quality assurance checks on documents, identifying errors or inconsistencies, and providing feedback to improve content quality.
Develop standardized quality management processes, including SOPs, policies, tools, and checklists.
Perform 508 compliance checks on all deliverables to meet Federal government standards.
Edit and proofread project deliverables and communications for accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
Develop and enhance quality control checks to improve program integrity and coordination across multiple programs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
A./B.S. degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field.
A minimum of 8 years’ proven experience in quality assurance review and graphics development, particularly in the health equity field.
Experience in federal contracting preferred.
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in graphics software.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Customer-focused with a commitment to high-quality service.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
Knowledge of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and quality improvement initiatives.
Proficient in federal government 508 compliance check software.
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Project) and Adobe.
Professionalism and positive work ethic in all situations.
Ability to adapt to changing events and priorities.
Background investigation required.
Ability to pass Federal Public Trust clearance.
Preferred Experience/Qualifications

Working Conditions and Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. The position involves standing, sitting, squatting, and other normal office-related physical activities. Must be able to sit and read computer screens for extended periods.
