About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Strategic Partnerships and Development with a focus on Maternal Health. This pivotal role is dedicated to driving the advancement of the company's competitive position through the establishment of pioneering community partnerships, the development of new programs and services in collaboration with external affairs and other internal teams, and the execution and scaling of innovative national partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for all stages of partnership management, from identification to scaling, and must be adept at leading initiatives that deliver value to members and the company. This includes the development, negotiation, implementation, and scaling of strategic partnerships with a diverse range of entities, as well as the oversight of business plans and program scaling with national partners.Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, with a Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred, and a minimum of 8-10 years of related business experience. The role requires a proven track record in leading healthcare initiatives, strong business acumen, and the ability to develop and maintain business relationships. Essential skills include the ability to present collaboration opportunities, value propositions, and business cases effectively, as well as being an effective consensus builder and a thought leader in executive-level communications. The role also demands excellent problem-solving, decision-making, strategic thinking, and vision, as well as the ability to manage key partnerships that support the company's strategic objectives. Experience in team leadership, strategic development, innovation, and negotiation is crucial, as is the ability to manage talent acquisition to ensure the right subject matter experts are involved in partnership opportunities.
