Job Summary
This individual will provide assistance in the oversight of business activities and program administration, serving as one of the key liaisons with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
+ Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly and service oriented manner
+ Completes interviewing, hiring, and training of employees
+ Plans, assists, and directs work while appraising performance, addressing complaints, and resolving problems
+ Oversees facility operations
+ Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
+ Associate’s Degree preferred
+ 1-3 years of experience
+ Possess general hospitality knowledge and interest in sustainability and sustainable food practices
+ ServSafe Certification is preferred
