Independent preparation, implementation and monitoring of outlineand detailed plans for construction projects

Largely independent preparation of cost estimates

Independent review of work plans and offers during project implementation

Largely independent cost controlling for the construction budget for which you are responsible in coordination with Purchasing and Controlling

Largely independent preparation of award decisions in cooperation with the Purchasing Department, observing all requirements (compliance)

Largely independent preparation and further development of technical standards

Qualifications In-depth knowledge and experience in construction management of building trades, preferably in a manufacturing company / industrial environment
