This job assists in the development, project management and implementation of strategic marketing plans to support the organization's hospitals, clinics, and/or service lines. Maintains and enhances the quality and image of the company brand. Supervises professional and support marketing staff.

Education

Required - High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred - Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, computer science, or related field.

Work Experience

Required - 5 years of related marketing experience.

Preferred - 5 years of marketing experience including 3 years of project or team leadership experience.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques and ability to develop marketing plans and strategies.

Leadership skills and ability to delegate job tasks effectively.

Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications.

Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals throughout the patient care process.

Excellent project management, organizational and time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and challenging demands.

Job Duties

Manages the implementation of comprehensive strategic marketing plans for the company's service lines, hospitals, clinics and/or programs based on operational strategic plans and goals.

Assists in the maintenance of marketing budget for clients and projects.

Assists with creative development and of campaign materials for system initiatives and service line priorities.

Uses market data analysis and assessments, along with downstream outcome impact to optimize marketing campaign initiatives.

Performs other related duties as required.
