Job Responsibilities
Manage brand specific strategy to ensure delivery of annual sales, trade, and profit plans
Act as liaison between sales and brand teams. Advocate and represent the customer point of view internally and integrate brand strategies into customer business plans
Assist to develop customer level distribution and merchandising targets with supporting insights and activation plans. Partner with field sales to achieve brand merchandising, assortment, pricing, and shelving (MAPS) goals
Help develop compelling stories, sales materials, and new item presentations. Manage presentations and communication of important initiatives and/or sell-in plans
Monitor brand trends at the account level for performance intervention
Skills & Values Requirements Involvement with customer annual planning processes
Experience managing strategic and tactical trade plans
Proficiency with trade spending principles
Knowledge of retailer practices
P&L management exposure
Experience in process creation and process mapping, inclusive of establishing & tracking KPIs
Strong communication skills, including public speaking and presenting
Adept in collaborating across functions and managing stakeholders at various levels in the organization
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, working on multiple projects and deliverables at once.
Minimum Requirements 4-year undergraduate degree
7+ years of experience in a professional/corporate environment
CPG Food industry experience strongly preferred
Location Requirements or Preferences Camden, NJ
3 days in office per week are required
The targeted budget for this position is $ per year. This compensation budget range may be adjusted at any time at the discretion of the company.
