Where you shine
The Senior Operations Manager provides support necessary for client teams and fellow employees to report and successfully track and complete internal and client deliverables. They also provide a deep level of analysis, which enables client teams to make more educated decisions.
What Your Success Will Look Like
Generate job numbers and grant appropriate access within SAP
Create SAP and status reports
Support ongoing RAFT maintenance
Consolidate and streamline repeatable tasks to develop process efficiencies
Continuously develop expertise in all internal systems
Break down complex sets of data into relevant insights for client teams
Other responsibilities as assigned
Who you are and what you bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent experience
2-4 years relevant experience in advertising or marketing
Advanced understanding of internal systems and Business Intelligence Software. i.e Tableau, Power BI
