**Job Description**

As a Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for significant scale projects or campaigns with multiple elements, including client contact at the project level. You manage the project life cycle including resource management, estimate to actuals management, project plan adherence and ensuring functional requirements are met per specification.

The role requires experience managing development of digital advertising/media projects, CRM, social and strategy projects.

Responsibilities:

+ Develop accurate and informed work, including scopes, schedules, and budgets and set clear expectations with the team for their role in delivering to the project. Communicates scope/schedule variances to team and provides solutions for addressing.

+ Partner with Client Management to ensure that all required discovery materials are obtained from client to begin project execution.

+ Execute complex projects and resolve complicated situations

+ Anticipate, identify, and communicate risks in mitigating any issues.

+ Manage project lifecycle including resource management, estimate to actuals management, project plan adherence and ensuring functional requirements are met per specification.

**Qualifications**

+ 5+ years of project management experience in an agency environment managing a high volume of projects and project types such as, digital media, CRM, social, website, preferred.

+ Solid track record of successfully developing projects from start to completion, on time and within budget.

+ Strong communication and client facing skills and ability to work cross disciplinary across all the functional departments.

+ Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and JIRA. Smartsheet experience is a plus.

Compensation Range: $73,500 - $95,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
