Job Description

Management Trainee Key Responsibilities:

Engage with a variety of customers, providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

Learn and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to acquire new customers for our clients.

Progress from entry-level duties to team leadership and, ultimately, management.

Gain hands‑on experience in sales and marketing while undergoing cross‑training in leadership positions.

Participate in hiring, train new associates and handle back‑office duties.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or marketing is a plus.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
