Job Description Management Trainee Key Responsibilities:

Engage with a variety of customers, providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

Learn and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to acquire new customers for our clients.

Progress from entry-level duties to team leadership and, ultimately, management

Gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing while undergoing cross-training in leadership positions.

Participate in hiring, train new associates and handle back-office duties

Qualifications Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or marketing is a plus.
